48v Dolly
The 48v dolly has 4 18-ah AGM spill-proof batteries accompanied by a 1300w brushless transaxle that is bolted to the frame using trailer u-bolts. The E-track system on the dolly frame allows for easy tie-down and multiple accessories uses. You can get mud tires or turf tires. Several different color options are available. The dolly is capable of carrying 1000lbs. The overall width is 33.5 inches and you can choose your wings to be angled or flat. Optional flood light and winch. All winches come with 2 remotes and operate on the 48v system. Chargers are on board, simply plug into any extension cord and the dolly will charge.
Designed for safety
Our dollies come equipped with several safety features. The on-off button is located at the top of the dolly near the controls, when laid down this switch is roughly hip height. Our controllers are programmed to low speeds, and the motor brake is on at all times.
Rear Wheels
Our rear wheels are custom-made in our fab shop and have been tested under extreme loads. They are similar to a zero-turn lawn mower and come with flat-free tires. The shafts have 2 sealed bearings and are packed with grease to increase mobility.
Fabrication
We are proud to say that our products are 100% fabricated in the USA. Not only do we build them in the USA all of our steel comes from USA factories. All parts are hand-cut and fabricated in our shop located in Shreveport, LA. Welders are certified AWS fabricators.
Warranty & Support
Our dollies have a 1 yr structural warranty which includes all welded components. 90 days on electronics. 30-day warranty on batteries. In the event the dolly is damaged from something other than normal use warranty is voided. We offer lifetime tech support and will soon have a gallery of DIY repair videos.
